As one moves into the main dining and display zones, the space unfolds around a sinuous, brass hued curved wall, guiding sightlines toward the open meat display counter and service station. Dining tables sit on terrazzo tile flooring, surrounded by brushed grey micro concrete walls that ground the room in a contemporary, tactile backdrop.
